After installing Twilala, we recommend to start looking for groups that might interest you in the Groups tab, and if you find any that you like, join it! You can join as many groups as you like: Don't be afraid and join several groups!

Once you have joined some groups, you can start chatting with the other group participants. Furthermore, whenever you want you can exit the groups that you don't like.

If your friends still don't have Twilala, it's very easy to send them an invitation to download and install Twilala.

To send the invitations, go to the main screen (in the the Groups tab) and click on the three lines that appear at the top left. A menu will appear and if you select the option "Invite your friends" you can invite your friends to join Twilala.

Any Twilala user has the ability to report another user because:

- It's annoying or inappropriate.
- Sends unwanted advertising.
- Other reasons.

When several users report the same user, the system proceeds to limit its participation in Twilala during "x" hours as a "precaution" (as more complaints received, more hours of inactivity). After this time, the reported user is unblocked.

In order to know what may have been the trigger of these reports, we detail some of the main reasons to help you apply corrections and prevent any further blocks:

- You have sent messages / posted unwanted advertising or information without a group approach.
- You asked other participants to send you the phone number, join a WhatsApp group, etc.
- You have shared photos or irrelevant content for the purpose of the group and/or sexual or violent.
- You have written disrespectfully or inappropriately content.

You can use our search engine to find groups on specific topics or with specific filters.

To use our search engine, go to the Groups tab and click the "magnifying glass" that appears on the top right.

You can also create new groups.
